Saw Dr. Buchanan and was humiliated and treated horribly by her... i went to her for severe GI issues and she refused to listen to my symptoms., and refused tests that I felt were important, and refused to look at the reports I brought with me to show her...her bedside manner is atrocious ....I left crying and upset that there could be such cruel people in this world.....do not go to this doctor.

The whole office is terrible. If you are this backed up do not accept any new patients its greedy and unprofessional. Should not take over a week and no returned call about medication. I would not wast your time.

She is wonderful and my stomach issues are FINALLY going away and I feel normal again after so long of pain and discomfort. SO grateful that I can eat and drink again!! Dr. Buchanan explained every test and every process along the way and I had full trust in her.

Never- she treated my mother terrible. She sent her home treating her with comstipation when it was obvious to everyone her condition was much worse. We found another doctor who discovered quickly that my mother had a tumor in her abdomen. Dr. Buchanan refused to listen to my mothers symptoms and was happy to just let her die. I would never recommend this Dr. To anyone.
