She came into the room with an attitude, leaned against the counter & crossed her arms. It went downhill from there. I've never met such a rude & uncaring doctor. I waited over 90 minutes to see her & she literally wasn't in the room for 3 minutes. She said very little to me & what she did say was said with an attitude. I'm hoping she just had a bad situation prior to seeing me that caused her to be like that & that she's not usually so rude. I left there in shock at the interaction with her.

She was very professional yet warm and caring. I will definitely put her on my list of to see physician's when the need arises. I HIGHLY recommend her to others. Her down to earth personality paired with the thoroughness of her exam was exemplary. I cannot say enough positive things about my visit today.

Dr Bernstein was professional, courteous and sincere. She takes her work seriously, but has enough of a sense of humor to know when to lighten the mood. She was my surgeon for a double inguinal hernia repair, and I am delighted that she was assigned to me. I would not have wanted anybody else.
