Dr. Laura Arbogast, DO

I love how Dr Arbogast spends time with me and does not make me feel rushed. I had several issues to discuss with her today and I walked out feeling much better and like I have a plan to get my answers.

Office called me at last minute to see if I could be there in an hour and a half due to Dr. having to go out of town. I actually had appointment two weeks later. Rushed in regarding a condition I have. She looked like something was bothering her personally and brought to her job. She stared at the computer and hardly made any eye contact with me. Showed no interest in me as a patient and rolling her eyes. At the end of visit, I wasn't quite sure which way to go to get back to front desk. She yelled at me the directions back to front as if angry. Seems like she became a physician to please mom and dad and impress her family members.

Horrible. Did not receive the help I needed. I was ignored in all 3 visits within a 1.5 yr for my request of a stool test. I was very ill. Lost too much weight for a woman of my build and age. An office staff member refused my entry and stalked me to become a scammer medical debt collector. I was sent to McLaren to be further insulted and learned too late that I had undressed in front of an observation camera. Done with the judgmental lab rat doctors of this area. Learned others are too.

Dr. Arbogast comes in with a poor attitude and is very close minded. She was unwilling to listen and flat out said that Doctors that are much more accomplished and accredited than she will ever be make things up, because they cannot figure out what is wrong with you, these are doctors from Cleveland clinic and U of M medical center

Had an appointment with Dr. Arbogast a few weeks ago. Liked her very much. Got in five minutes after appointment time which was a nice surprise. She listened and was knowledgeable. Problem I don't like about the office and had heard rumors was that front help is rude. I thought I will see for my self as I get along with everyone, but rumors were true. Front help, rude and also doesn't listen when you try to explain something to them . They need desperate help in the front end of business!!!!!!

Dr. Arbogast is not interested in patient questions or in exploring alternative treatments. Not very good at communicating. Her nurse is friendly helpful and good at patient care.

Though I never look forward to dr. Visits my anxiety over such matters is greatly reduced each and every time I visit with dr. Laura. The care and concern she always shows for my well being, well I wish I had that in personal relationships in my life. I always know she will be straight forward and honest with me, and though I make continually make poor choices regarding my health, she never ceases to offer me encouragement. I hold her in high esteem and value her support. M.R.
