In 2019 I was in a serious accident and sustained a pseudo aneurysm in my Aorta. After evaluation in the ER, the attending doctor said I needed surgery first thing the next morning. At some point Dr. Sprouse saw my CT scan and decided we shouldn’t wait and I was rushed into surgery soon after. In my hopeful opinion, he saved my life. When I went back for my post op visit, I saw his female PA and was very disappointed. She was 45 minutes late arriving at the office, gave no explanation and was terse and disinterested. I asked about the ultrasound I just had, and she obviously had not even looked at my chart because she had to go out of the examine room to find the results. Stating, “ it looks fine”..she left me. So I did not choose to follow Dr. Sprouse to his new practice because I do not think she is capable or caring, despite my esteem for the doctor.

Dr Sprouse fixed my mother’s aortic aneurysm on Dec 13 2019. It is now January 7 2020 and she is still in the hospital. So much for an overnight stay in the hospital. Still can’t get a visit from him to tell me what he did wrong!!!!

Dr. Sprouse diagnosed and began regular treatment of peripheral artery disease in my thigh in June, 2015. Through regular periodic ultrasound monitoring of the condition he discovered an abdominal aortic aneurism in 2016, a condition for which I had no symptoms. He monitored that condition until the aneurism reached a point where it needed to be repaired. Dr Sprouse performed a laparoscopic repair in February of 2017 by inserting a stent in the aorta. I highly recommend his services.

I feel like Doctor Sprouse really cares about me as his patient. I trust him to do the least invasive thing possible. I also feel like he really did save my life by dealing with my insurance company when they didn't want to provide the treatment he recommended. Dr Sprouse is a doctor you want taking care of you when your life depends on it.
