After years of being a patient, I had a bladder suspension. The procedure went longer than expected and within 3 months , it failed. I was terribly sick while attempting to recover and he had no patience or empathy. When I returned to show him that the surgery had completely failed , he quickly changed one of his notes ( posted on Beaumont's look at your reports/ tests site) and then kept cancelling my appointments afterward.

Dr. Sirls is a fantastic physician! History Before Dr. Sirls at Comprehensive Urology I was a patient at Michigan Institute of Urology (MIU). My experiences with MIU were nothing short of traumatic. Thinking back, I liken MIU to a cattle slaughterhouse. The patients are the cattle and the doctors are the butchers! Back to Dr. Sirls This guy is something special as physicians go. I would go so far to say he is probably among the best urology doctors in the entire state of Michigan and; maybe in the United States. Within one year's time, he and his colleagues were able to repair most of the damage caused by my previous physicians. The quality of my life has been drastically improved due to the work of Dr. Sirls! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sirls. There is simply no quit in this guy. He is the epitome of what every doctor should strive to be. Thank you Dr. Sirls!

After having 4 surgeries, 2 different slings, I was still having pain was referred to Dr Sirls. After same testing I had at previous urologist it was decided another surgery to remove exposed mesh. Immediately after surgery I knew something was different and not in a good way. Per the report, and the way I now have no control (was not a problem before surgery) the entire sling was removed. However Dr denies but states a different one needs to be put in! 5 surgeries, now back to square 1!

Felt comfortable with Dr. Sirls Jr. The only difficulty I have had is to get drug prescription which he ordered, forwarded to a compounding pharmacy. Some how, I feel that this request ( ordered by Dr. Sirls) has fallen through the cracks. After many calls, I have still not received any data from the compounding pharmacy regarding the prescription which I was told was being faxed over. This is annoying to me, although it is not an urgent request, I would like to be compliant with Dr. Sirls order
