I recently saw Dr Marcus in regard to the sinus balloon procedure. He was very pleasant and knew exactly how to proceed with regard to my symptoms and I was able to avoid any procedures. I would highly recommend him.

On our first encounter, Dr. Marcus never introduced himself or asked how I was doing. He has little patience, no humor, rattles easily, and became a bit aggressive in response to a simple questioning of his diagnosis. He was also dangerously useless in diagnosing my wife's condition (fortunately she saw another doctor afterwards). Apart from him, everybody in his office is sweet and polite.

Dr. Marcus dissuaded me from having an unnecessary procedure which would have left me permanently weakened. He prefers to treat the origins of the symptoms rather than going for a quick (and expensive) fix.

I have been taking my son and daughter (8 and 5 years old) to Dr. Marcus for over a year. Even though his new practice is now almost an hour away from us I wouldn't take them to any other ENT doctor. The kids love him and he has taken such good care of them. He is wonderful with children.

I've seen this doctor more than once over the past few months. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He's been treating a chronic ear infection that I've had for years that several other doctors could not help me with. He is very nice, thorough, and is the only one who was able to diagnose what was going on - I finally am getting better! Plus - he is the only doctor I've ever met who always asks me if there is anything else I want to discuss at the end of the exam. He is great!
