Dr. Larry Bush, MD

Not good. He has no bedside manner, very unfriendly and condescending. Office staff are great, but his attitude is too strange. The doctor is up in age and perhaps forgot how to be caring and takes his patients for granted. I do not recommend Dr. Bush to anyone. Stay away. A big Zero from me.

Excellent.Very professional,knowledgeable and explains everything in terms you understand.One of the best Physicians I have seen.Puts you at ease from the beginning to end of your visit.Great Staff as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Bush for over 20yrs.He recently sent me to a new primary care… not liking that fact the prior primary did not send me for periodical screenings. Dr. Bush more than paid his weight in gold….I had lung cancer. None of this would have been found if not for Dr. Bush!! So as you can imagine, he is my hero!!!

I missed an appointment due to getting Covid and when we called to reschedule and to get my prescription renewed (that he had denied) when I called his office I was told sorry, Dr. Bush no longer wants you as a patient. Leaving me without vital medicine. Well, being he is legally required to give a patient at least 30 days notice, in writing, and a 30 day supply of medicine, I have filed a formal complaint against him with the Medical Board. 'No' stars would be better

I had the worst experience of my life today. The doctor is rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. He basically told me that i needed to ho back to my general practitioner to figure it out. If you need someone to help you figure out whats going on with your health because its not clear or maybe you need a doctor that thinks outside the box, than this is not the doctor for you.

Excellent doctor Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. Truthful and authentic. If you want to get your feelings validated, he is not the doctor for you. He will give you objective, science-based medical advice

After accepting an emergency appointment I was treated like it was my regular check up. Asked the normal questions and then asked who my primary doctor was and then he said go see him for treatment. Felt like they just wanted my money I will be dismissing this doctor and will find one that has concern....

Was denied my Retroviral prescription because I couldn’t come in for a physical appointment- I’m stuck abroad in Colombia with a travel ban due to a virus that could take me out with my current infectious disease, but can get my meds shipped to me from USA. The meds offered here have 19 times the dose of one of the 3 medicines in them- was told to make do here with it. Dr Mateo refused to send in a prescription without an in person meeting- even though all they do there to touch you is take your blood pressure and check your heart. In this day in age FaceTime could have been utilized- but I’m sure they whisky get their fee from insurance. Her excuse- if I’m not seen In person her license could be suspended- they don’t give a darn about your life needing meds for the month- just their job- what happened to the Hippocratic oath? It got buried in beuracratic red tape. Do not do to this group! Period. Not if you value your life over their paycheck !!! Cause they sure don’t !!!

Dr. Bush, is extremely kind and caring. He patiently explains everything to me including the medicine and the course of treatment and what to expect. He answers all my questions as well and he's a life saver. Highly recommend

Please take someone with you If you choose to see this doctor. I was very unhappy about the UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE! I'm not sure why he is in practice? He is very intimidating and not interested in answering questions. I tried to change to another doctor in his office but was refused! I was told if I didn't like what he had to say, to go somewhere else. Thank God there are other Infectious Disease doctors in my area!

I have been seeing Dr. Larry Bush since 1992. He is superior in his knowledge of ID. His personality with patients is well above the standard. He spends time with you and obtains your thoughts of your disease. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any ID issue. He is the best!

I saw Dr Bush years ago. He was a skilled doctor and the first to diagnose me with ME/CFS ( named CFIDS then). I went from working and being active(sailing, bicycling, camping) to being dizzy and bedbound for a year. Other doctors had just brushed it aside. I know now that they didn’t know anything about the illness I had, My reason for giving four stars is his periodic temper. I saw it directed to another patient, not me. Screaming. The person was shaking. That unnerved me.

Impossible to schedule appoitments, they are closed Mondays and Fridays and do not answer calls during lunch hours or when closed.. Not flexible at all...All designed around Staff conveniences rather that Patients

When attempting to explain problems I was having with medications Dr. Bush became very abrupt, rude and obnoxious. He was that way with not only me but my daughter-in-law that was with me. He had prescribed very strong meds for me and they just tore my body apart where I had no strength, appetite or ambition to even move. I had to have family come at night and help me to bed. The meds were to be taken for at least 12 months and he abruptly said "just stop them then"!!! Will never go back!!!

Dr. Bush is Very very kind and compassionate and explained every step of the process I was going through. Highly recommend! A++ and great staff as well.

Was recommended by my primary for severe it infection. He came into the room,with two residents following him. He looked at me & very nastily asked"Who sent you,I don't treat this" This man with an arrogant, has a God complex, was so upsetting, I wish I could have reported him to a review board! Terrible doctor!

The Dr explained his diagnosis and answered my questions, however, his condescending attitude left me feeling foolish for wasting his time.
