Dr Alford and Dr Henderson are the best
He is very caring and listens to your concerns and always ask questions because he genuinely cares about his patients. Always been treated with respect. He is direct and tells you what’s going on so you understand. Has a great staff and never been disrespected or felt rushed or cut off. Always got results quickly with a phone call. Love Dr Troy also. He is also very easy to talk to and he listens and explains things to you. They all treat me like family and it’s comforting to know someone cares. Ms Barbara is the best. You never even know she stuck you and you’re done. Would definitely recommend them for health care. Some days are crazier than others with wait times but always remember when it’s your time you have his undivided attention and he doesn’t just rush you out or dismiss your concerns because you are his priority when you are in the room.

I have been a patient of Dr Alford for 15 years. He is the most professional and caring doctor I have ever known in my lifetime of 65 years. His staff is most courteous and helpful too. I highly recommend Dr Doug Alford.

Dr Alford is the best doctor my family has ever had. During 2016 I had a lobe of a lung removed. My surgeons staff did not recognize my complications from that surgery but dr Alford saved me. This month I had the second questionable mammogram with recommendation from radiologist to check again in six months. Dr Alford recommenced a biopsy. It was cancer. He is an exceptional doctor with a caring staff. He stays on top of all situations. Thank you again Dr Alford.

Dr. Alford is a very caring and compassionate physician. He truly cares about his patients. He listens to you!! Hard to imagine huh? You may have to wait some times. But, that is because he is such a great doctor and cares about you getting better.
