My appointment was virtual. Both the office staff and the doctor I spoke with were very professional while being caring. This was my first visit with this doctor and I like her approach toward resolving my current health concern.

Dr.Syrow calls me on Wavello for the deaf so some of the question I can't answer cause I don't see her in the office but when I did everyone was great and the office and rooms are always clean I miss coming to the office.

Love Dr Syrow! She is super patient and caring about her patients. I trust her 100%. She is very knowledgeable with medication, illness. She is super sweet also. So sad she's not coming back in office, so it's awesome she can still do telehealth check ins. Recommend her to everyone I can. She's great!

Would not recommend
She is a lovely physician during appointments however she changed a medication to one that required a pre auth. It has been over a month and I found out the appeal was never received by insurance and no one from the office has returned any calls regarding the status or an alternative treatment plan. This is simply to handle chronic migraines. My primary has had to step in the help with my treatment. It as if the office suddenly closed without telling patients. I would just be wary if you have any chronic conditions but again she is a very kind physician when you can reach her.
