Dr. Landy Paolella, MD

Not sure about all these bad reviews. I saw Dr. Paolella for a seroma drainage and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Patient with the procedure, and made me feel comfortable with the process.

Dr. Landy Paolella just needs to retire. He was very arrogant and his bedside manner was very lacking. He lacks sympathy and hardly gentle or compassionate. Stay clear and find another doctor. This one could care less.

I worked with him and found him to be very mean towards patients and staff. He swears and throws fits, makes everyone around him cry, and treats patients like pin cushions. Total lack of professionalism and respect

I was sent to have a baker's cyst drained by my orthopedic after the MRI results. I saw this "doctor" (and i use that word very loosley). He first asked if i actually had one or if i just think i have one. I mean really? Can people just randomly book an appointment on their own to have something drained? He then yelled at me about having pants on and that i had to change. The nurse confirmed that the pant leg was baggy and indeed lifted far enough over my knee to perform the ultrasound/drain. He start the ultrasound and states i have nothing there, and the tiny sac of fluid was not enough to bother with and quote " i would not even recommend my wife to have this drained". I stand and ask what the sac protruding from the back of my knee is. He looks again and says its veins. Don't know about anyone else, but that does not sound normal. Nonetheless, would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Rude and unprofessional
