Dr. Lancelot Lloyd, MD

Doctor was incredible! Took his time, went over every detail of medical history and family history! Answered every question in words that I could understand. A PLUS PLUS! He even drew my blood himself for labs.

So, me and my husband were released from Dr. Lloyd medical office all because we asked for copies of our receipts of payments that we were paying out of pocket for. We've been with Dr. Lloyd for well over 10-15 years. We even stayed with Dr. Lloyd, even when he stopped accepting our insurance, so we were paying out of pocket for our care. That's how much we cared for him and his receptionist. So, since our insurance company still had him listed as if he accepts our insurance they had to reimburse us, so we asked for copies of our receipts and was told by Kim it would be 50.00 a piece for the copies of the paperwork. The office manager came back with a price of 250.00, because she said it would be to much work for her to make copies of something that should have been in our charts, so I stated that was to much money to charge us, so she lied to Dr. Lloyd and said we are going to leave his practice and lord knows what else she lied about to him for him to sign off on dismissing us.

He takes his time, asks questions, and actually listens to your responses. He has a great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, and has a warm & caring nurse, Kim. It’s easy to get an appointment and I never feel rushed. He is the best internal medicine doctor I’ve had in GA.

I will nNot Recommend this practice to my enemies. Dr Lloyd appears to be money hungry. He add extra fees by asking and probing so he can say he addressed something other than what you came in for. This has happened to me twice. Because my numbers were improving, he talked to me about possibly reducing my meds. So now I’m charged with a sick visit. My appointment was for a physical. On top of that, his nurse or assistant, Danielle, is the most rudest person ever. I just called for my balance, I disagreed with her but ended up paying what she asked me to pay. I said, charge it to my card on file. Then there was complete silence. Then she hung up. I called back right away and she said she hung because she was waiting on me to see if I needed anything else. I will be going back to that practice.

Dr Loyd is my go to doctor. He is very understanding proffesional and he explains everything

Dr Lloyd listens, spends time finding out how you are doing physically and mentally, shows empathy and is always aware of prior conditions.

Knowlegeable and caring. Listens to the patient.

Dr Lloyd seems truly interested in my health . He was in no rush during my appointment and took the time to fully examine me .

Dr. Lancelot Lloyd was amazing, he asked me so many questions, was on top of all my treatments and made me feel like I was in good hands. he was so knowledgeable and kind. His entire office staff was on point, professional and friendly. I just moved to Georgia he is my 5th Doctor as the others had a problem with staff of their attitude. he is a gem.
