Dr. Turk was rude and dismissive. I felt that she did not hear my concerns. I decided to switch to another doctor after that experience.

I've been a patient of Dr Turk's for the 3 years I've lived in Arizona.I've been on ADD medication for the last 15 years. Due to RX regulation the Dr must send refill requests directly to the pharmacy. My requests through the health website this entire time are either ignored, or are the wrong medication, or sent to the wrong pharmacy.

Have called her office 4 times today. No one answered the phone and no option for leaving a message! I have been a patient of hers for several years.

Hello I have been a patient of Dr. Turks. I like her to the point I recommended her to my Mom. I am writing this review because I think people need to know that because of her noticing one of my labs was off she saved my life. I see Dr. Turks normally in Nov for my yearly wellness. This was the normal case and being diabetic I got my normal labs prior to my apt. When I saw Dr. Turks and told her of my recent back problems she saw my white blood cell count was low and to mention this to the hematologist I was seeing for my iron infusion. Making a long story short I was a lot sicker than I even knew. Dr. Turks key observation enabled me to get more test ran and start the treatment I needed. Thank you very much.

Hi, My name is Patrick Bourque, I moved in Arizona in July 2016. Dr. Turk is very thorough, caring, has good bedside manner, pleasant, very professional. Very helpful and give excellent referrals. She is concerned with her patients and listens to her patients' concerns. We were supposed to see another doctor but missed our appointment. We are glad we missed it, otherwise, we would have missed seeing an excellent Doctor, Dr. Turk. It is such a blessing having Dr. Turk as a primary care.

At first everything seemed great about the practice and Dr. Turk, but then several months later the office staff dropped the ball in a large way causing large amount of negativity in my life. I was advised to do the wrong things and it was on more than one occasion. I broth this tot he attention of Dr. Turk twice, but each time I attempted to advise her of why I'm upset or what happens, the Dr. Turk just interrupted me and spoke over me continuously, she was rude, unprofessional and classless.
