Dr. Lan Nguyen, DO

Dr. Nguyen performed a tibia and fibula surgery for me early 2024. She was very direct. The surgery went well and the follow up was sufficient in meeting my needs. I had 90 day global coverage so it was a little challenging coordinating between my provider and their office for things like x-rays, but The receptionist or physician assistant Destinee was very helpful. Dr. Nguyen is brief but concise. Physical office space is a little disjointed. There are multiple providers in the same space so the check-in process is a little unorganized with multiple front desk staff for multiple doctors all in one area. But overall very satisfied with my experience.

From the moment the office staff ignored us for 5 minutes at check in while they gossiped, through the 45 minute wait in an exam room without anyone checking on us, and finally with Dr. Lan Nguyen completely discounting and ignoring everything we had to say, this physician demonstrated a complete disregard for any patient concern. Only use this physician if you are willing to be treated with absolutely no concern or respect.

STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would without doubt. My husband was referred to this "on-call" orthopedic doctor from Sharp Memorial's ER on 9/7/22; However, he never received the follow-up care needed. I called the dr.'s office numerous times and left voice messages since the following morning 9/8/22. The voicemail recording stated to send a text message to Destiny (Dr. Nguyen's assistant), which I also did. I didn't receive a response until five days later 9/13/22 when I spoke to their neighbor dr.'s office and explained my frustration. They told me that Destiny was in the office that morning and to try and call again, which I did; However, she did not answer the phone! Minutes later, she texts me back and tells me that Dr. Nguyen only sees patients on Wednesdays and only has one appointment available the next day 9/14/22 @1pm (such short notice) and that right after the doctor would be on vacation for the following two weeks. Had she replied in a timely manner to let me

worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Judgemental. Rude. Does not explain what is happening. Never showed me Xrays. Discharged too early from hospital, before I had even woke up. Over medicated for pain which caused horrific side effects. Nursing staff was rude my family was waiting in the waiting room and could hear them complaining about having to take my Staples out. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

Terrible Office staff,rude and ineffcient this doctor is only after the medicare money
