Appointments are rushed
I was a new patient and felt the appointments were rushed. After having some tests completed no call or message on my chart to explain test results. I had 2 appointments and both were the same. He didn't sit down and acted like he couldn't wait to leave. He had to stop at the door to answer a question I had. He answered and then left before I could ask anything else.

Have been patient for over 10 years, when he had PA’s in the office service was good. Now if you are having issues, it is impossible to get an appointment for t at least have the doctor call you. Even after tests, no call or follow up from the doctor or willingness to move up your appointment. Will be changing to another doctor.

I think that you are a GREAT doctor, however I find it very difficult to get past your unprofessional staff in the receptionists area. It is always a problem when I bring my husband in for his scheduled appointments. They don't update patient information when informed months in advance. They call the day before the scheduled appointment 1hr before closing with problems that could have been solved prior to appointment. They have very undesirable customers service ethics and poor tone of servic
