THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! HE IS RUNNING HIS BUSINESS BY HIMSELF, NO STAFF, JUST HIM AND HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DOESN'T WANT TO HELP HIS PATIENT. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I called the number the doctor gave his clients to be able to contact him and he was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. It was incredible. I have never been spoken to that way by anybody. I highly recommend that nobody give him your business it was simply unbelievable that a healthcare professional speak to people that way. Shame on you Patel.

Outstanding experience, Dr. Patel is attentive, caring, knowledgable, and took time explaining treatment options, and is most professional. For years my wife suffered from a number of painful disabilities. Two weeks after our first visit she was recovering from an operation she should have had years before but other doctors did not diagnosis her correctly and Dr. Potel knew what was wrong and set up her treatment the same day. On a number of other occasions, Dr. Patel knew how to help her when she was in severe pain, and on more than one occasion he recommended specialists that were very helpful. The office is newly renovated, very clean, the staff is friendly. You or your loved ones will be very fortunate if you visit Dr. Patel's office for diagnosis and treatment.

He is the worst doctor ever. He billed an OB -ultrasound(pregnancy) in my name when I never got it done in his office. He sits down himself to bill the insurance, so it is not like one of his office staff could have made the "mistake". I have unfortunately known him for a few years now because my elderly mom insists on going to him because he speaks her language. He used to work under Dr. Atul Choksi a few years ago and but got kicked out for unprofessional conduct.

I am going to highlight the most important issues here: - Hygiene/Risk of infection: They placed other people's urin samples next to me while my blood was getting drawn and told me to put mine on the pile when I'm done. Also, the office is just generally dirty. - Lalit Patel refused to prescribe me the medication I need for a medical condition of mine that I have been taking for years. - Lalit Patel refused to give me the approval to go see an out-of-network type of specialist that my insurance didn't have in-network (I discussed this with my insurance first and they were on board). Another specialist had told me it's a medical necessity that I go see this type of other specialist. Dr. Patel simply would not do it, he told me to leave his office. There was no reasoning behind his decision whatsoever. - Lalit Patel is by far the rudest doctor I have ever met. An absolute garbage person. Don't even think about asking any questions. He will spend between 20-30 secs with you.

When many doctors were wasting time without any clue over 30 days saying my daughter wouldn't survive exploratory tests or surgery, Dr. Patel found competent doctors to diagnose operate&treat my daughter with rectal cancer. Knew her medication was wrong&she was getting mega reactions&put her on blood pressure pills when other doctors sent her home with134 pulse, shouldn't have discharged her. He is very caring, not concerned about payment as much he is concerned about his patients.A+ in our book
