Doesn’t care about patient
Was dismissive and rude about my condition which I was very distressed about. Gave generic and rushed solution, seemed like she wanted to get me out ASAP

Very unsatisfied
My wife have been seeing this doctor as her primary care physician over a year. So far, she has been very unsatisfied with Dr. Kona. According to her, she does not have passion to listen to her patient. She is always very impatient to leave the call (video call visiting). She also does not clarify things clearly. She also does not take the responsibility and very insensitive. We are really very unsatisfied with her. She is one of the reasons, we like to leave Kaiser. We recommend not to choose her, if you will.
