My cholecystectomy was on the first of the month, Dr. Lakshmi Kanth missed my follow-up appointment, I left three voicemails, and the doctor/nurse did not call me back until the 29th of the month. I had severe pain and loss of feeling, which is normal for the first couple of weeks, for a month and a half. I was given no dietary guidance (he said eat whatever and your body will tell you) and had to gain other medical advice. In actuality, you should be on a liquid/low fiber diet for 1-2 weeks after surgery. I had to get a follow-up appointment from another doctor who told me that the laparoscopic surgery didn't go as well as it could. It is likely that Dr. Lakshmi Kanth cut my motor nerve which makes it so my right side of my stomach feels constantly asleep and the muscle growth and build (tightness). I would not recommend his services.
