Warm caring professional
Saw her as an overflow doctor when I couldn’t get in to my primary care physician. I was very pleased with Dr Stoops care and demeanor during my appointment. I’ve seen some very dissatisfied reviews about her. Not at all my experience, quite the contrary to those statements I found her to be professional and attentive to my concerns. I would be very comfortable recommending her.

While Moscow Medical is an excellent medical provider, Dr. Stoops is possibly the worst physician I've had to interact in over 40 years. She's unsympathetic, doesn't listen to whatever I had to say, didn't really seem to care about my health, and to top it up accused me to abuse the prescription I had had for several years before being in her care.

I went to this doctor as part of the urgent care facility. I had never seen her before and I hope I never see her again.. She was anything but helpful. I left her office with the prescriptions I needed, but I was crying. She was unsympathetic, accused me of lying, and lectured me about the use of the drugs I had asked for. I am 60 years old, and I knew quite a lot about my current health issues. She did not listen. It was awful.
