I had a fall and I had hit.my head extremely hard on a metal door frame causing me to bite my tongue and hit my back. I came in with a lot of pain. Doctor Sherwood asked if I had a headache, dizziness, nausea, or blurred vision. I said yes I was dizzy and light headed and I also had a headache since the fall occurred. The part that bothers me is when he came into the room he looks at me and said 'you look fine and I don't have the time for a CT scan, if you get a headache or nausea or dizzy later go to ER or come back tomorrow morning when they open. ' Then he prescribed a muscle relaxer and left. This Doctor should not have a medical license if he doesn't have time to do his job. Also if you have a head injury the one thing you definitely should NOT take is a muscle relaxer.

This doctor was extremely rude. When I asked about taking an antibiotic for my sinus infection he said to me “it’s not my health you’ll destroy, it’s yours so if you want to then fine.” He was not helpful at all and if you have any way to avoid seeing this doctor, do so!

I had excruciating pain in my lower back and went to ER. After diagnosis, I was given a shot of morphine, and a prescription for a muscle relaxant was called into a nearby pharmacy. He explained why the shot (instead of IV, showed me a couple of exercises to stretch my muscles to avoid reoccurrence. He was polite, compassionate, and very informative.

Avoid this doctor like the plague he liked to killed me he misdiagnose a thyroid storm he told me i was a drug seeker he sent me home in kidney failure and with a thyroid storm
