I would recommend Dr Hammond to any and all individuals needing his type of care. I had to have acl reconstruction surgery and he has been very informative throughout the whole process. Now 10 days post-op and I am already able to put a good deal of weight on the knee. He is an excellent surgeon. I hope to never need his services again, but if I do I wont hesitate to schedule with him. Thank you, Dr Hammond!

Dr. Hammond recently fixed my torn ACL. Visits at his office were on time and efficient. My surgical experience couldn't have been better: far less pain and swelling than I would have imagined. His assistant, Meghan, is awesome, too. Most importantly, Dr. Hammond gave me options for my care and helped me select the best option to help me get back to my daily activities quickly, with an eye on being back on the tennis court soon.

After ignoring my knee pain for too long and continuing my active lifestyle & workouts, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Hammond. He & his staff were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable while also providing a diagnosis & non-surgical treatment of physical therapy. I am now back to myself 100% & fully active & pain free. I had such a positive experience I recommended my dad go to him for a terrible rotator cuff injury, & Dr. Hammond operated on and fixed him. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hammond performed the second of my two ACL reconstructions (allograft). 1 week post surgery now and I've been off pain killers for a couple days (probably taking them longer than needed), and returned to desk work within 5 days. Clean procedure with some minor swelling and bruising, minimal pain, fast recovery. I am very happy with the outcome. Much better in comparison with the first.

Dr. Hammond is amazing. He listened to my concerns, validated my concerns and formulated a plan to move forward. Dr. Hammond is very intelligent and secure in his abilities which made my surgery as pleasant an experience as could be. His assistant Megan is just as awesome. They make a perfect team.

All the research that I have done on my condition, and the procedures that Dr. Hammond used to make repairs, suggest to me that he is well in tune with the most current as well as the best surgical methods available. Dr. Hammond has a kind, caring personality and is willing to take the time to explain issues and options in as much detail as necessary. Dr. Hammond's nurse and the entire surgical team appeared to have the same level of care and concern for my well being.

Dr. Hammond is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant and genuine bedside mannor. He was very thorough during my examination and explained things in a way that I understood what I'm dealing with and what my options are. He immediately found what multiple specialists before him had missed. He even brought in a paper copy of my x-ray to mark for me the exact issue which I was then able to take home and discuss with my spouse. I finally have answers thanks to Dr. Hammond. Highly recommend!!!
