Very disappointing experience.
I waited 2 hours to be seen, then the doctor had someone with him that was an intern or something (don’t know because he/they never introduced themselves). He explained to her, not me, what he was doing. I was given a prescription and told someone would check back with me in 2 weeks. I was never contacted. I called and asked and left a message, and still no contact. I would not recommend this practice.

Beyond any results that I could have imagined. After years of my optometrist recommending both the procedure and Dr. Acosta, I finally took the leap. My surgery was medically necessary to improve my vision. The difference is amazing ! I am so thankful for the staff, Dr. Acosta and my tremendously improved range of vision ! The pretty smooth eyelids are a nice bonus ??

After wanting to repair my upper eyelids for over 15 years Dr. Acosta’s expertise turned back the hands of time. I am beyond pleased. Appears to be a Botox clinic. If that is what you are looking for then it is a good fit. That appears to be the crux of their biz. Not judging anyone who chooses to do Botox , but that is not what I went there for .

First visit he was running late and first thing he apologized for keeping me waiting. Very personable; lots of questions and explanation about surgery made me feel he was concerned with my wellbeing. On the final check out he walked me to the counter and said, "It's been my pleasure." When have you ever heard this from a doctor??? I love this guy!

Great Doctor and VERY knowledgable in his expertise, but my experience was not a pleasant one.. waited over four hours to see this doctor, staff was even caught slipping an appointment that was after me in before my time with the Doctor. At checkout, nurse was very uppity, and attempted to charge me as a plastic surgeon visit rather than opthamoligist visit, finally conceded that I was correct. Later office called with problems from insurance due to errors..condescending office and oversheduling

I have been a patient of Dr. Acosta's for approximately 8 years. Each time I visit his office, I have a new appreciation for how incredible both he and his staff are. In a time when doctors simply can't afford to spend more than 5 minutes with a patient, he spends all the time in the world. He is a good man, and the care he shows me as a patient is second to none. And we all know that a physician is only as good as his nurses and office staff. His entire staff is amazing. Simply the best!
