She was rude to my wife at the Optum in Torrance. She was condescending and had an awful attitude. I had a telephone appointment at 8:30am, COVID related and she never called. I called the office three times and they told me she was busy with a patient. I called at 2pm and turns out she was calling the wrong area code. I had to wait until Monday to speak with another doctor.
