Dr. Kusum Ohri, MD

My father who is a senior patient and has had numerous back surgeries and suffers constant back pain was kept waiting in the waiting room for over 1 hour for his 10:15 appt. He arrived 15 minutes early and after 1 hour wait, he approached the front desk staff who lied to him saying he was next. He was not. He waited an additional 15-20 minutes as he watched patient after patient be called in and was not paid any attention until a staff member acknowledged him and advised the staff that he had been waiting a long time. He was then informed that once called in, he would need to wait even more. With that information, my father decided to re-schedule and ultimately cancel. I cannot state enough how UNPROFESSIONAL this Dr. Is. He was unsure if her lack of consideration is only towards Medicare patients or if this is a typical behavior towards everyone, but again, it is unprofessional regardless.

New patient visit for husband and self. Dr. Ohri was wonderful. Personable, professional, and intelligent. She was very thorough and took her time gathering information. So happy we switched to her care. Office staff was great!

Kusum is both Inconsistent and uncaring towards me and my time. Never on time for appointments. I’ve waited numerous times both in the waiting room and exam room for 1 1/2 hours beyond my scheduled appointment. She can’t seem to retain her physician assistants either. I’ve since fired her and have moved my business elsewhere.

She has been my Doctor for over 11 years and is excellent. The best Physican I have ever encountered

Not a place for "new" patients. Unprofessional office staff. Do not recommend. I made an appointment and waited 6 weeks to be seen. Drove 25 miles to see this doctor only to be told that there's a $150 charge to "talk" to Dr. Ohri and that insurance will not cover that cost (this was supposed to be an annual physical just to check my blood/vitamin levels, something that is covered by insurance). The office did inform me beforehand that Dr. Ohri does not do physicals on the first visit, only on

My Wife used Dr. Ohri and was pleased and recommended I switch Primary care Dr. I have a rare condition and Dr. Ohri researched it before my appointment. Very professional. I have been happy with the front desk and definitely Dr. Ohri.

If i could put no star i would...long long wait....not accomodating and not helpful staff (esp debbie). Dr. Ohri is good with patient but if you need her to fill up forms she always promise but never fulfill it. You have to remind everytime then promise then nothing done...

Office staff not very welcoming. When you walk in to the office no one greets you or even smiles. I've worked with the public many years and I always acknowledged them and greeted people with a smile as soon as they walked in to our office. Also, the staff is not well informed about procedures and do not communicate well with each other and mislead patients.

I wanted to become a new patient of Dr. Ohri's but the staff member who answered the phone to make my appointment was one of the rudest people I have come in contact with. Why would I want to see a doctor that has people like this working for them. It is a bad refection on the practice.
