Dr. Wix is a great Doctor, but you are only as good as your staff and his staff is the second worse (Besides Dr. Rosado's Staff). Joy is the person that answers the phone and she CANNOT take an accurate message (Ive given her several chances, but when you keep "Making up things" and LYING in the message for the Dr. or Nurse, it can cause serious problems. It has taken over 2 weeks to get 2 simple daily prescriptions (That the pharmacy has been trying to reach them over and over again). There is no excuse for that! I have desperately been needing an RLS script for a medicine Ive been taking for more than 20 years and its been a week so far and no one will call it in - who knows, the Dr. probably never received the message or it was the wrong message (Since JOY doesn't take accurate messages). I will NOT be referring anyone else to them. Staff is a NEGATIVE 0000000

Dr. Wixx is a great doctor who shows true concern about me. He spends time explaining my health and his concerns and suggests how to handle problems. I highly recomend him and his staff.

I love Dr. Wix!! He is the best Primary care DOC in North Texas!! I trust him 100% with my healthcare!! I have worked in the medical field for over 30 yrs. I know a good dr from a bad one!!

Dr. Wix is absolutely awesome. He makes you feel like you are his only patient and doesn't rush you. He listens and wants to know all he can to know what's going on. I highly recommend him.
