surgeryI have always thought of Dr. Waters as one of the best in this area. However, in August I went through eyelid surgery. As it healed I made numerous calls to his nurse regarding my left inner eyelid not looking symmetrical with the right. There is more fatty tissue on the left and it really bothers me. I have gone to 2 follow up appointments sharing my concerns with Dr. Waters. He refuses to perform another operation to correct it. This procedure cost a lot of money and I feel that he should fix this. He said he is willing to refer me onto another doctor in the cities. With my disability and difficulty driving long distances- going to the cities is not an easy task for me. I trusted in Dr. Waters to manage this procedure to a satisfactory result. I'm feeling very disappointed that he is unwilling to correct this and basically telling me he isn't willing to work on it. I should not have to find someone else to fix and finish Dr. Waters work. I have been Dr Waters patient for many years. He is always friendly, professional and caring. He always explains what he is going to do and answers all my questions. He listened when I told him my voice was hoarse even though most people didn’t notice. He referred me to a speech pathologist opera voice trained….I had excellent results and I so appreciated his help. I have seen him again recently for another voice concern. He did my exam and immediately calmed my concerns saying it is not cancer….And then told me what it was and how I could make some dietary changes to improve it. My experience with Dr Waters is that he suggests the least invasive solutions. I highly recommend Dr. Waters.

I have been using Dr. Waters' office for the past nine years I have had nothing but great experiences each visit. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming, Dr. Waters always demonstrates proffesionalism and has the most reassuring presence, and Chandra listens attententivly and always produces excetional results!

I recently received some injections from Chandra, and it went very well. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions. The whole process went very well with very little discomfort. Having gotten injections at another facility, I can say I highly recommend coming here. From checking in to leaving it was a quick, easy, and painless experience. I highly recommend!!

My poor little boy got hurt playing on the bleachers. ?????? We met his teachers at urgent care and after 3 doctors looked at his head which the first one said "ohhhhggg" (In a very unpleasant voice, I did tell her she was not supposed to say that). We decided to bring him to Dr. Waters office and I cannot tell you all how THANKFUL, GRATEFUL, --> EMOTIONAL I am for Dr. Waters and his staff!! To say they were amazing is an understatement!! They GOT GAME is a humorous way to put it but in all seriousness they are an ELITE team that made a scared sad family feel calm and at ease with the entire process of patching Henry up! Henry didn't cry one time in their office (which is a miracle for my mama's boy) ???? THANK YOU DR. WATERS & TEAM!!

Best ENT doctor in the world! He truly cares about his patients and giving them the best help. Couldn't recommend Dr. Waters enough!

From the receptionist who called to set up my appointment, to the nurse who showed empathy, and of course to Dr. Waters who calmed my nerves as he explained each step in setting up a plan to get to the bottom of my illness. Very clean clinic. Dr. Waters is especially caring and helpful. Even with a busy schedule he will insist on squeezing you in if it is urgent. Staff are very helpful with setting up any follow up needs.

I originally started seeing Dr. Waters for my indoor & outdoor allergies. He also had removed my birthmark on my nose, in 2003. Now I currently have been seeing him for botox & filler injections! Hes a wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable & caring towards his patients.

Dr. Waters and staff treated my grandson with such care when he fell and cut his lip. It was near closing time and when I called they told me to bring him in. Although no stitches were needed Dr. Waters put a steri strip in place and assured him and momma that he was going to be ok and to call with any questions. Highly recommend!
