Haven’t seen the doctor and he still bill you canceled the appointment and he still bill you

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. Took my mother for stomach pains. He asked a few questions then said “What do you want me to do? You’ve had this for a while and there is nothing I can do.” Went to another GI in Clinton who was amazing and mother is doing fine. Wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Vernon and his staff are very professional and caring. I had to have two procedures done and from the consultation to the staff at the procedure center were nothing short of fantastic. Dr Vernon is Great.A very good doctor,with a genuine concern for patients, very friendly and patient and funny at times,to relieve tension . However,the staff at the Dunn,NC office seem to be preoccupied with other matters. Very unprofessional. If you call,you are directed by menu to speak to a nurse,which only leads to another menu where you can leave a message and wait 24 hours for a reply. That is a good way to tarnish a sterling reputation. The privacy policy may violate HIPPA rules,but that is the only way one can send this message. Dr. Vernon while I was explaining something raised hos voice and said "JUST TELL ME", didn't care about context or what I was saying. Called in a RX without ever going over my results. I got the results and NOTHING was addressed to me about them. NO FOLLOW up or cares.

My experience was positive from the initial office visit until I was taken to my friend's car by wheelchair. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every way. I changed to Dr. Vernon from my previous place when I saw how well my 82 year old Mother got along prior to, during and after her colonoscopy with Dr. Vernon. I had my second with him this past Tuesday, he discovered two polyps and took care of them during the procedure. I recovered so quickly and felt fine throughout the day. Dr. Vernon and his staff are caring, highly trained individuals who make the experience the easiest that it could possibly be. Highly Recommend. A+++

Dr Vernon is top notch. He spends time with you and is very caring and professional. He explains the procedures and the health issues. I've had both GI series and additional testing ran by him. His staff is also friendly and caring. I was lucky that he was the first GI Dr I was referred to and I would never want to see anyone else. I wish all Doctors were as wonderful as he is.

Dr. Vernon ha a very caring nature. He does NOT rush through his appointments, he LISTENS to his patient. In my experience what makes him stand apart from the rest is once you've told him your symptoms/issues his first step is NEVER to write you a prescription. He ALWAYS takes the necessary steps to research what the issue might be. Thank you Dr. Vernon!

Had about a 3 minute wait today. Have been his patient for 3 years. He is thorough and has an upbeat personality. Check in and check out process was very efficient.

Dr Vernon and his staff have been very easy to deal with. I really like the PA Cynthia, She is extremely thorough and explains everything very well. I also like that they are very quick to call you with any test results you have.

I had an upper endoscopy done few days ago the staff made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect.Anything I ask was answered right away my fear seemed to disappear. Dr Vernon is the best of the best ,if I could I give 100 stars thank you doctor Vernon and staff.

Dr. Vernon and his staff are top shelf in my book. Professional, Courteous and Caring describe them. Dr. Vernon takes the time to talk WITH you, not to you and makes sure you fully understand everything.

Dr. Vernon and his staff are pleasant and courteous. Medical staff in prior to surgery were quick with their pre-op and Dr. Vernon was friendly and professional. After the procedure, he visited to review results. I am completely satisfied with the experience. My procedure was performed at the F-V location.
