Dr. Kunjan Thakor, MD

For two weeks I tried to get my medical records sent to Dr. Thakor, his receptionist kept saying they never received them, so I had to take them myself and it was over 50 miles. His nurse told me 'Dr. Thakor will call you even if he cannot help you, he will call you' he never did. I tried to make an appointment for several weeks, but his office would not even bother to call me back. What a waste, he does not care.

He is definitely one of a kind!!! You rarely find a physician who has the intellect and heart as well as an amazing bedside manner. There is constant communication, zero wait time, and excellent time spent on the office visit. He ensures that you have all your concerns met before the close of your visit...I highly recommend Dr. Thakor!

Dr. Thakor always takes as much time as necessary to thoroughly explain things and answer questions, whether it's during an office visit or a telephone call. This office visit was no different. He is that rare combination - a doctor with both excellent clinical skills and an engaging, empathetic bedside manner. In addition, he is supported by an efficient and caring office staff. I am very grateful to be one of Dr. Thakor's patients.

This is the first time that I've ever written a review about a physician, but my complete experience with Dr. Thakor and his staff has been so good that it's a pleasure to do so. Dr. Thakor is by far the most genuine and caring doctor that I've ever been seen by. He has now been my doctor for over two years and he still treats me like I'm a first time patient. Dr. Thakor saved me. I had a curious disease that no other doctor tested me for. It was crucial that this particular disease was caught early. Dr. Thakor diagnosed me quickly, treated me quickly and I am now cured. (fingers crossed that it doesn’t come back). I always felt like the Dr. Thakor really took a sincere personal interest in me. He made me feel comfortable in a difficult situation. He made personal out going calls to me to check in and called me back right away when I called. I recommend him.

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr Thakor and the entire office staff. Every one of them is able to recall discussions that we'd had months prior about my personal life, and they ask about it. The doctor is very diligent about ensuring that I follow up with my other health care providers, and he seems to truly care about my overall health. Couldn't ask for more in a medical care team.

He gives clear explanation of all aspects. He makes sure he is accessible and his office is efficiently managed and friendly. FANTASTIC! Can't imagine anyone better than Dr Thakor. He is extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and totally attentive to the patient. A specific example - I called his office and left a message on a Saturday night. Within 5 minutes, Dr Thakor himself called me back - that reflects his level of commitment. His staff is just as good. And, I have never seen a cleaner office complex nor one with a more pleasant atmosphere.
