No bedside manners
She made my friend (who was admitted), our other friend, and myself feel unheard. When she initially asked if we had any questions, I voiced a concern about my friend's headache (abnormal for her) that lasted all day and had induced vomiting at least once. And her response to us in the room was '...and what'? I was taken aback but asked if that would warrant a ct of the head as the migraine is again abnormal for my friend. She proceeded to explain only if the patient was symptomatic and she looked at our friend in the stretcher and assumed 'you don't have a headache anymore right?'. My friend corrected her and said she in fact still had a headache 7 out of 10 pain. She then told us a CT of the head would be ordered, but apparently it never was. She just was not pleasant with an attitude and made us all feel unheard and uncomfortable.
