Dr. Swannick is personable, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I believe my husband and I are fortunate to have her as our primary care doctor.Also, the office staff is as kind as she is. On top of everything! Nothing gets past them.

Dr Swannick is very detailed and takes time to explain everything from your exam to your drugs. Very proactive! A Great Doctor!

Dr. Swannick spent a fare amount of time at my annual physical discussing my health and matters to focus on to stay healthy. She is extremely knowledgable in internal medicine, and speaks in layman's terms so everything is fully understandable.I have also been very happy with any specialist referrals she has made. She is truly a primary care physician and focuses on all medical services that contribute to your overall health.She is very personable, which helps to make you feel comfortable talking to her.

Dr Swannick comes prepared for the session and has thoroughly reviewed my file. She listens carefully to issues I might have and takes the time to discuss alternatives to approaching the situation.

Talking 'personal' with Dr. Swannick is like talking to my best friend. When I have an appointment with her, she makes me feel like I'm the only patient she has for the entire day. Nothing is rushed. She explains the medical terms to me in a language I can understand. Not only is her bed-side manner amazing, she also looks beyond what tests show, and puts all the puzzle pieces together in finding causes and cures. If you are looking for a highly skilled, intelligent doctor with an amazing bedside manner, look no further. Dr. Swannick is your person.

She listens, treats me with compassion and has a very practical approach to finding solutions to my issues. She is also a wealth of information when I need medical specialists.

Wonderful staff, great doctor and very thorough

Whenever I go into see her, she is always professional and personal with each visit. I feel safe with her. When I have an issue, and need assistance, she is available to help me within a day or two. Gets me into appointments that could take months. I am very happy to have her as my Dr. She gets me!! That in itself is really important to me.

Dr Swannick is both knowledeable and personable, which makes for a good experience. Been a patient since 2021.

After waiting three months for my appointment with Dr. Swannick, upon my arrival I was told by an unprofessional staff member - in the lowest of class possible - that my insurance had not been authorized and if she didn't get the authorization at the moment, I would have to reschedule. Mind you, 3 months of waiting, a call from this person the day before to confirm my appointment but by her own admittance, she realized she hadn't received the authorization. Her exact words, " I need to get this authorization right now or you can't see the dr because she won't get paid." I was in complete shock! After waiting over 45 minutes in the exam room, apparently the authorization came through and Dr. Swannick came in noticing how upset I was with the situation. She said that if I didn't feel comfortable with her service I was welcomed to go elsewhere. In addition, she said "Makes not difference to me." My husband and I walked out - contacted my insurance to ensure non-payment .

Dr Swannick is a terrific primary care physician. She has taken excellent care of me and my wife and on occasion our children. Let me begin by stating how processional and attentive her staff and office manager are at trouble shooting insurance claims and getting back to us on all matters quickly. Dr Swannick takes the time and interest in providing excellent referrals when needed and has gone above and beyond in helping me when I was facing some health challenges. My wife and I are both healthcare professionals and have a keen understanding of the challenges physicians face these days and this makes us appreciate her and her team all the more. Dr Swannick and Dr Gadallah are terrific diagnosticians. They possess the knowledge and skills to actually practice medicine unlike other physicians and midlevels I’ve seen that just order tons of testing to leverage the process of elimination. Highly recommend them as people and physicians!

Excellent Doctor! She is professional, knowledgeable, understanding, caring, empathic, listens. She hears your complaints, takes her time understanding the problem and fully discusses cause and effects. If you need a specialist, she recommends the best and her office will contact them and follow up to ensure you get the care you need. The staff, too, is excellent. They care, are sociable and take your concerns seriously. Highly recommend Dr. Swannick!

I am a young patient, 1st medical issue ever, I need a compassionate Dr to take time to explain things in detail. Not a chance, nothing but rudeness. This doctor left me untreated, swollen, and uncomfortable waiting over a month. Nothing but a big waste of time. Finds every excuse to drag her feet but charge you. I personally found her to be the rudest doctor I've come across, not an ounce of kindness. Stomping her feet at us when we felt uncomfortable with a biopsy before trying any treatment??

Dr Swannick was highly recommended to me by a neighbor and friend several years ago, and she has been one of my highest rarest specialist for all those years. Bad first experience. Very upset, I was treated with little personal regard, but, of course, they were very interested in my insurance. "Move along"...Oh, I certainly will. My recommendation: Seek a physician whose staff treats patients as people, my veterinarian's staff is significantly more humane toward her patients.
