Made me feel worse about myself after appointment . I decided to make an appointment even though she had negative reviews (reviews are true) . Rude , judgmental , unprofessional . Do not see her if you are serious about seeking help for mental health ,waste of money and time . My experience with her was the worst experience I have ever had with any healthcare professional.

So disappointed in this Dr. She now works at Wellstar Behavioral center. After she told me I was a liar, she continued to say there was no way I was feeling what I was feeling. In order for me to leave this awful place, I had to change my story to what SHE wanted to hear. She talked down about my wife and kids saying that they are not interested in what’s going on with me. I felt so bad that I had to make up a story so she would release me. I’ve never felt like this before. I went for help and left worst because you her. Wellstar has lost me as a patient because of her. My heart hurts so bad for any of her future patients.

I would never recommend Dr Jackson to anyone. My experience with her was the worst experience I have ever had with any healthcare professional. I have always had my meds prescribed and regulated by a Psychiatrist. When I refused to begin taking meds based on her recommendation, she became visibly aggravated by throwing her hands into the air and proceeded to rudely belittle me. She then made demeaning remarks to me about my education level and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have NEVER been spoken to by any healthcare professional the way she spoke to me. I have been seeing different therapists and a Psychiatrist since 2014 and have never felt bad about myself after talking with any of them. I was shocked by her lack of caring, compassion, and overall professionalism.
