Terrible

My experience with Kaufman was less than stellar. I had a list of 13 skin issues and he refused to render an opinion on any of them. He went to school for at least eight years and should be able to identify suspicious skin spots and make a recommendation for a biopsy or tell you not to worry about it. He did none of that. He kept telling me he didn’t know what he was looking at. It was clear that he wanted me to biopsy all these spots. That’s crazy without your dermatologist expressing concern.I transferred from another insurance company with in-house dermatologists and so had to find a new one. As soon as I mentioned my previous insurance, he badmouthed them.When I asked him to renew my prescription for a skin condition that requires annual attention, he argued with me that this is not the time of year for application. Really? He eventually complied but only because I insisted.I asked him to address the large spots on my back. He froze exactly one out of five.I won’t go back.
