Dr. Kristine Sarmosyan, MD

This doctor does not seem competent even though her bio says she experienced. Horrible bedside manners. No concern for the patient. I can’t believe she is a specialist. I would never recommend her if you care for your life. After she told me would order a urine test I asked her what am I being tested for and she said urine test. I followed up asking specifically what she was looking for and she did not answer. She could not pronounce medical terms and didn’t know one of the terms what it meant. She didn’t do a physical exam of my back even though I told her I have had flank pain She came across as a person who had poor communication skills, indifferent to patients concern, dismissive and did not care. She said you don’t need to come back here even though I was left with so many questions.

Don’t go to this doctor. She has terrible bedside manners. She is dismissive when you have a concern and seems incompetent at least in her communication. I don’t know what’s wrong with UCLA hiring people with no experience and basic skills to help the patient. Almost all the doctor the Burbank location seem inexperienced and terrible bedside manners.
