Unfortunately I hate going to the Doctor, but Dr Lozano makes the visit very relaxing. She is a very caring and warm person, which compliments her professionalism and depth of medical knowledge. I hope she stays around, because I couldn't ask for a better PCM. These days we run into so many people doing a job they hate, and we we pay for it. Dr. Lozano seems to be doing a job that she loves and we benefit from it.
