Dr. Kristina Jackson, MD

I was charged double the normal cost for a telehealth appointment. It was a two minute conversation so I could get antibiotics for a cold. Later, when I saw the bill, I asked why and I was told Dr. Kristina Jackson had researched my situation for a while and I was charged for her time. I just had a cold and needed antibiotics. There was nothing that needed researching. It was an excuse to overcharge.

She is very attentive and caring. Follows up quickly, She doesn't rush through the appointment.

This doctor is to the point and effective. She asks the right questions to find a solution to your problem. She is good at what she does. You can expect a 'Take Care' at the end of your visit.

She always get right back to me!!

Dr. Jackson is amazing. I've been with her for many years. She gives such personalized attention and care. Such a nice person.

2015- Office staff are horrible !!! High Turn over rate. Poor record keeping or file updates, little to no call backs, referrals are not done in a timely manner. Practice shares office space with Orthopedic Practice, I won't even see my orthopedic at this location, even though it's closer to home, just to avoid being exposed to the horribleness of the office staff due to its proximity. Yes, it's really that bad, the Dr. takes no steps to improve it. Many other Drs. have left this joint practice
