Great family physician
Excellent doctor, she is direct and very knowledgeable. Spends her time with patients and educates about healthy lifestyle changes in addition to medication options. I have been very pleased and hope she remains my physician for as long as possible. Other family members who are patients have had the same experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would...
Extremely insensitive, very rude with patient's especially from minority backgrounds. I do not recommend this doctor to ANY woman.

Highly Recommend
Dr. Oates is very direct, yes. I personally appreciate the candor. If you are looking for someone to hold you, that is not her job. I love her knowledge, her follow up is awesome and she cares! I have been a patient for 7yrs and do not plan on leaving.

Very insensitive, super rude. Will never be a patron of this office again. Dr Oates needs to learn bedside manner. It literally took me 30 seconds to find other women with the same complaint about her.
