Dr.Lorenz is, by far, the most dedicated, caring and professional doctor I have ever known. I'm so happy to have found her years ago and she continues to keep me healthy and, if need be, refers me to the best specialists in town.

Dr. Lorenz has never let me down. Yes, there have been long wait times, in the past. I have found this to be because another patient may have needed a little more time. However, when it came to me, she concentrated on my needs. There's no patronizing. Dr. Lorenz is caring and respectful. In addition to her honest approach to my medical needs, she has a great sense of humor. I would not give up my Doc. Maria A Martinez

Wait times have become less a problem now that she practices concierge medicine. Dr. Lorenz is very professional and up to date in her knowledge. We are so fortunate.

i had a set up appointment last friday 3-29-2019 at 11:30 am, they wanted me to come in thirty minutes early for paperwork. i was there a few minutes prior to 11am as requested. when 1:15pm rolled around i was very dissapointed, and was out of time and patients. while i was walking out a female from behind the counter asked if everything was alright, i replied i cannot wait any longer, she said oh you cant. my wife called a few hours later to make sure they did not bill our insurance.

She has been my Dr. for several years. She has sometimes been rude but I've been mostly ok with her. Today I went to see her because I have concerns about my kidneys because her own bloodwork and later bloodwork show third stage kidney disease. The OB/GYN is concerned. She was immediately defensive, yelled at me ( I did not yell at her) and it could not have been more obvious that she could care less. I am looking for a new Dr. Under no circumstances will I step foot in her office again.
