I am breathing far, far better now thanks to the turbinate reduction surgery performed by Dr. Constantine. She calmly answered all my questions both before, and after, my surgery.

In 2017, Dr. Constantine “treated” me for ear infections. She told me I needed ear tubes placed which she did in her office. I suffered 40 decibels of hearing loss following placement of the ear tubes, which fell out in 1 month. I was in extreme amounts of pain during this time, & her and her office staff couldn’t have cared any less! Months later, I sought a different ENT where I learned I never needed ear tubes placed as I had sinus problems that we causing my ear infections. She never checked/mentioned this as a potential cause! Additionally, she had incorrectly placed the ear tubes & added too much anesthetic which ultimately burned more than 1/2 of each of my eardrums. I am currently 1 sinus surgery, 2 tympanoplasties (surgery to rebuild my ear drums), and a pair of hearing aids later. I did call her office out on all of this. Her office manager at the time told me “Her patients love her” as a response to my story. Pathetic! Please do not go see her!!!!!

although I cannot comment on Dr. Constantine herself, it seems her office is disorganized. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and gave my insurance information. I arrived at my appointment to be told I would have to self pay and they no longer took my insurance. I asked if they would have called and told me this prior to my appointment and the person didn't have an answer. I'm sure there would have been a fee if I didn't show up!
