Dr. Kristi Hawley, DO

Outstanding. I saw Dr Hawley at her new office, The Derm Institute of West Michigan. First, the place is fabulous, professional looking, comfortable and the check in staff was so accommodating. I needed treatment for dilated veins on my nose and Katelyn her medical assistant was so helpful in distracting me while Dr. Hawley did the procedure. Dr. Hawley is so friendly, personable, and infinitely likable. She zapped my spots quickly and efficiently and even rechecked with me before I left. She and her staff have a wonderful office and with the new dermatologist coming on board soon, will be able to expand her psoriasis treatment and cosmetic treatments for All in One Place Dermatologic Care.

Dr. Hawley is absolutely amazing! She treats all of her patients like family and she always makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and heard. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Hawley is kind, understanding, and the best doctor I've ever had. She and her staff listened to all of my concerns no matter how small I thought they were and were kind and thoughtful in their responses. I felt heard, taken care of, and my skin couldn't look BETTER. I'm so happy I switched!

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a doctor. I went in to have something checked out and the entire process was wonderful. I actively send my friends here, there is no one else in Michigan that comes close.

This practice is careless and irresponsible. My oozing blisters, hair falling out and sores turning black was "just acne and stress". Second opinion from another doctor diagnosed me with eczema and severe folliculitis! She would not sign my employer disability paperwork when the medication she prescribed rendered me unable to work and I've lost my job.

I was a wreck at my apt, feeling defeated by a full body rash flare up. Their whole team was kind and made me feel comfortable and gave me faith that my skin could be restored and my life could be full again! I look forward to my future appointments as much as a trip to the spa. Thankyou Dr.Hawley!

Wonderfully knowledgeable!

Dr. Kristi Hawley was great! She is very friendly & personable. I felt I was in very good hands with my procedure and she made me feel comfortable given that my skin condition was rather uncomfortable. She was great, her staff was good.

Dr. Hawley took the time to answer all my questions. She was very thorough and gave great preventative care advice. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend her.

I was referred by a friend who had a good experience. I was nervous about the treatment but I am 45 and wanted a little touch up. I wanted a doctor to listen a little bit because I was new to getting optional medicine like this. I was thrilled with the treatment and saw results (while still looking natural—which we discussed). I assumed I would try a doctor or two before I settled on one but I am not thinking about switching. Really good experience.

I would highly recommend Dr Hawley. I had embarrassing sunspots on my head and wanted a procedure I had heard about through researching them online. After our meeting Dr Hawley gave me a preliminary treatment (far less invasive and cheaper). It worked wonderfully. I was very appreciative for her approach.

Dr Hawley is kind, patient and helped me and my daughter! Finally someone to listen to our concerns and help clear my teen’s acne! She also helped me freshen my aging skin and I have been able to maintain it and get so many compliments on how young I look!

Dr Hawley has always be very personable, respectful, thoughtful and has a wonderful chair side manner. She takes her time to answer any and every question myself and my husband has ever had. I would and will recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist.

My daughter was supposed to have a prescription however Dr. Hawley did not write down the dosage. The pharmacy has called for a week and no response from the office. Very much a waste our time to going to this office.

I was incredibly impressed with both Dr. Hawley and her office. She and the staff seemed very knowledgeable, and she was enthusiastic, patient and efficient. I have already seen improvement in my condition and have recommended her to my friends and family. No hesitation!

Felt very at ease during my visit with Dr. Hawley. I could tell she was very confident in her staff while taking care of me. The young man she has working for her answered all of my questions and even followed up with me on the phone as he had promised he would. It was very thoughtful. This team seems to be on top of their game and I completely reccommend Dr. Hawley and her staff!

A lot of changes are going on in this office. However, Dr Hawley was perfect. She is very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She is a great addition to Grand Rapids.

Very unorganized place and i felt very uneasy with her assistants working on me. Dr. Hawley left the room within 2 minutes & left a very unskilled assistant with me who couldn’t answer any of my questions. I felt very rushed & uncared for & felt it was a complete waste of my time . The Dr. cared more about getting out of the room to her coffee and chatting in the lab area! Too many good Dermatologists in the area so don’t waste your time here! The Dr. Does none of her own work!

After recently an abrupt exit from the mid level provider i had been seeing for yrs had caught me by surprise i was rescheduled with Dr Hawley. i was extremely nervous, being that i had only seen Jayme previously. Dr Hawley was welcoming and warm. I am no longer nervous going into the center. She picks right up where Stawiski left off. I look forward to several more visits with her.
