Dr Hartman has been in charge of my health for 10 years. She is straight forward and listens to me. She is very caring and has always made the right decisions. I am very fortunate to have found her.

Dr Hartman is super caring and always willing to take the necessary time to listen to my concerns. Also, always leaves the room making sure I understood all that was discussed. Such a great doctor !!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Hartman over ten years and she is the best. Of course you can’t please everyone but she is a ten in my book. Her staff is very caring and she always answer questions online when needed. Dr. Hartman is very thorough when problems arise.

Dr. Hartman offers common sense suggestions by reminding me of a medicine’s possible impact, or she addresses serious ailment concerns quickly.

I really respect and appreciate Dr. Hartman. She’s been my PCP choice for 8 plus years. My appointments are never rushed. She takes time to listen to my issues and when a referral is needed she’s recommended top specialists. I moved from Waco 2 years ago but I commute to see Dr. Hartman and my specialists as I don’t want to change doctors. Any communications with her office are quickly answered. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Hartman and her staff (reception, nurses, lab).

Totally unprofessional. Been seeing this Doctor for 6 years at an appointment this morning. To come in for yearly, work found out that I'm not a patient anymore. And it's because one of her nurses cross the line and called another doctor that I found when I did not give them permission when she was only supposed to make me an appointment with doctor hartman to talk about my m r I. This is one of those places where the nurses and doctors cover each other's behind's. To protect the good name of the office beware , find another place that actually cares about you. I've been having to go get shots in my hips for pain. Doctor Hartman never wants in the years that I've seen her recommended that I go and get it. It's something I did on my own for her nurse to go out a line and call that Doctor there was no reason for that. They didn't even ask if it was okay if they did it. That is crossing the line in a business profession.. I wish I could submit a picture

I’ve been going to Dr. Hartman for 2 years now and always feel well taken care of during and afterwards. She’s thorough and knows her stuff and will quickly refer me to a specialist if she doesn’t specialize in it.

More than just your typical health care physician. Dr Hartman is the best physician this family has had. She is the one person that we choose to care for our entire family. We trust her input and diagnoses wholeheartedly. She not only diagnosises, but takes the time to explain and keep us well informed as too what our options are. She genuinely cares for us as not only as patients, but like family. She keeps our family running healthy and so thankful that we have her as our primary care physician. Dr. Hartman truly cares about her patients. She never makes you feel rushed or like a number. She is a rare find in medical world these days!

So professional with little to no wait. Dr Hartman listens to you with all her attention on you and she doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable, so it’s easy to speak freely about health and concerns.

Addressed all my concerns. Professional. Explained things in plain English in a way I could understand everything. Assistant was very attentive and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the entire visit.

The notes from the visit implied that we had discussed several conditions which were only mentioned briefly in passing. No action was taken. Earwax buildup was noted and I mentioned that home remedies were ineffective. I was told that the nurse would clean it out but it didn't happen.

She was very personable and took the time necessary to understand my Health situation for the first visit. I'm delighted!

Dr. Hartman always takes the time to thoroughly examine and discuss all issues with you. I have never felt rushed and understood my options. She found my breast cancer and I am now 5 years cancer free. I will always be so grateful for her.

When so many doctors just seem to rush in and out of the exam room, only half listening and not letting you finish talking, she listens. She cares and you can hear it, not just in the words she says, but in her tone of voice and see it in her face. Dr. Hartman is a wonderful doctor and I recommend her to my friends and family. Several of my family members are now patients of her's.

Dr Hartman has her patient’s best interest at heart. She listens and makes sure you understand the information and ask if you have questions. Gives you time and does not rush
