Don't go if you want actual help
I met with Dr. Zeller-Hack after being told by my QRC that she was absolutely wonderful and helps so much. I had the exact opposite experience from that. She immediately diagnosed me with depression, didn't ask me any questions regarding how I'm feeling, just assumed. Kept assuming my mental health and life because I am 23 and a part of Gen Z. After every other sentence it was about how I am a Gen Z and just like her son, I had mental issues. I have an L5-S1 disc herniation and injury and she showed me a painful, crouched over way to walk and sit. She then blamed me for all my problems and said I'm not trying to get better. She also lied about surgical procedures and if they're FDA approved. She said to not trust medical research on my injury. Basically told me if I wasn't depressed, I'd be fine. She also berated my other doctor for getting into medical school at 23 and being too young, he is now in his late 40s. If I didn't answer her the way she wanted, it was wrong. Don't go to her.

Rude & Condesending Above All Else
I was referred to the pain clinic and she had an immediate appointment available…now I know why. The FIRST thing she said when she walked in was “tell me about your addiction issues” then proceeded to tell me to improve my financial situation while at the same time telling me to take a leave of absence from my job to focus on my health. The only solution she had was to tell me to get walking sticks, when I asked her to order them at the medical supply store so they would go through my insurance because I can’t afford them she told me to GO OUTSIDE AND FIND STICKS. I haven’t never been more disgusted or more tempted to relapse due to an encounter with a medical professional. She was argumentative and if you don’t have the answer she wants to hear, she won’t listen to it. Coming to see her was a complete waste of time & energy and did more harm than good in the long run.

She berated me and made me cry in her office after telling me I should read the book about Elizabeth Smart because she is someone with a tough life.

Horrible, not someone I would suggest.
Poor personal skills, did not explain and was quite rude. Then suggested a medication which I had early said I had an allergy. Do not recomment

Excellent experience
She is a no-nonsense dr that tells you like it is. She didn’t just give me a shot and send me on my way. She explained things to further help me understand my own body. I appreciated the time she took to educate me with things to do to help with the damage to my neck from 20+ years of screen time and sitting at a desk. Bottom line, she was top notch!

There are not words to describe, that can be published, so I will go with , she is controlling, lacks empathy, rude, has two different personalities, I believe I just described a Narcissist. Her being right is more important then the pain her patients suffer.

STAY AWAY!
I just saw Dr Zeller HACK today and I have never felt more judged, torn down and made to feel like a drug seeker in my whole life! She completely didn't believe I even any back pain after a neurosurgery and asked me who told me I would forever have back pain after that surgery, I told her my surgeon and my neuro at the time bc I had a spontaneous dual tear in the thoracic region of my spine. She acted like I was it was impossible for me to still be in pain since 2009 but every other doctor I see understands it. I also have CRPS/RSD and she completely dismissed it and said I just need to go off of my ONE pain med that I take for it and to take a look in the mirror and realize I'm not better with one pain killer. CRPS is knick named the suicide disease for a reason and in her opinion (after several other Dx me with CRPS) . She ripped on my previous doctor, had me in tears and made me feel horrible about myself. You couldn't pay me to go see her again. Stay away!

Number 1 is that she calmed my fear of the upcoming procedure & made it virtually painless. Explained very well my current back issue and a look into the future. I'm not a multiple pill taker and knew there was a better way to address my issue.

Her solution- don’t injure yourself. Backs take a long time to heal, listen to your body. Offered to refer me back to the doctor who referred me or to my primary care doctor. Get a knee brace at Walgreens or a wheelchair. Abruptly left the room signaling that the appointment was over, I guess. One of the most bizarre medical encounters I’ve had.

Dr. Zeller is amazing! Before she did my injections, she took time to thoroughly explain what the problem is and suggested a surgeon, whom I have seen and was very impressed with. When COVID is over, he will do my surgery. I've had many back injections over the years and Dr. Zeller is the most skilled at getting the injections in the right place.

I saw Dr. Zeller for two years and at first she was compassionate and nice, then she started to be inconsistent at my appointments. She would deny saying something at the previous appointment, would be short and rude to me, and go back on her word. She gave painful injections, even with sedation. I never realized how bad her injections were until I went to a different DR and realized how PAINLESS they can be if done correctly. See someone else. Her staff were rude to me as well when I needed help over the phone.

The worst doctor I’ve ever seen (not an understatement). This doctor has not only the worst bed side manor but actually has malicious intent if the patient doesn’t “act” like she believes a patient should. I saw her twice and in the time she not only caused me great physical harm by grabbing my injured extremity and holding it with firm pressure. She caused great psychological and emotional damage by saying she didn’t believe I had a very obvious injury and went out of her way to call other providers to tell them not to treat me (they did not side with her the doctor) over all she is the reason I now have tons of anxiety about going to see doctors because I’m afraid of not being believed and being treated with not even an ounce of dignity. BEWARE- don’t go to this provider for anything. She could care less about her patients or hippocratic Oath.

Recent encounter with Dr. Zeller was horrible. She hadn't reviewed medical records from my visit with her 6 mos prior. (or read them and promptly forgot). She and her staff insisted that she hadn't given me certain meds (which she had), or done the procedure with oral sedation before. (which she had) I asked them to check the medical note from my first visit. Response: "we are too really busy today, and I'm sure you're wrong." I was sedated for procedure, and became confused. I tearfully asked her "What's happening?" In response, Dr. Zeller raised her voice at me and became aggressive in ordering me to CALM DOWN NOW! She told my husband wrong info regarding my history, and he corrected her gently. She said, "whatever, I've got more patients to see today." If you read her reviews, you will see that at least half of her patients report that she blames the patient, is rude, arrogant, uninformed, aggressive, and doesn't have time for patient care. She is a disgrace to Park Nicollet.

Abrupt. Unprepared and had incorrect assumptions about my care. Rude. Uninformed and told my husband and I wrong medical information because she did not take the time to read my records first.

I just saw Dr. Zeller-Hack and was impressed. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated her explanations has she was working through the procedure. I was nervous going in and will not hesitate to go again. I did not feel that any question was too "dumb". She gave some suggestions for improving my neck and I will absolutely follow through. A big thank you to her for taking the time to explain and made certain I understood.

Dr Zeller-Hack is great. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very compassionate. Very thorough. Very skillful hands. Explained what she was doing as she performed my spinal injection procedure with very little pain or discomfort. Made positive and helpful suggestions of things to do on my own to improve my back and leg pain.

This doctor has the worse personality and blames patience for the reason of their problems. I had two micro discectomies and to avoid the third one, I went to see this doctor for an injection. She does injections without anesthesia and it's the most painful procedure I've ever had. I would not see this doctor again if she was the last doctor on earth.
