Excellent ENT and Surgeon
I’ve seen many ENTs in my life due to chronic Eustachian tube disfunction and Dr. Yancey stood out as the best above all of them. I had permanent tubes in my ears for years and she was the first ENT to give me decisive and clear counsel on why I should get them removed. I have super sensitive ears and high anxiety about procedures in and around my ears, and she was extremely careful and communicative throughout the entire process of removing the tubes. Additionally, she completed a surgery to repair my eardrum (Tympanoplasty) and did an excellent job. She even went out of her way to make sure I had the right medication and preparation to fly after the procedure. I cannot recommend Dr. Yancey enough. She listens and has a quiet confidence that is extremely reassuring without ever being patronizing. I’m so glad to have found her.
