Dr. Martin has several extremely important positive qualities. She is very knowledgeable about some topics you might not expect from an MD, like anxiety disorders and ADHD. I have definitely seen other doctors be very ignorant on mental health issues and learning disorders. She also clearly knows things about me off the top of her head during visits. I don't know whether she reviews the file just before going in or what, but she recalls my history without having to look at anything during our appointment. She will also follow up on issues I have fully forgotten about! (My medical history is somewhat complicated.) She listens attentively, always answers questions, and interacts with me as though we are a part of a team working together on a project. Which, arguably, we are. I can come to her with my own research or thoughts and she listens and gives me clear opinions and *reasons* for those opinions. I trust her so much I have put one of my kids in her care, too.

Dr. Martin is a compassionate and excellent doctor. She has been responsive to all of our medical questions and helped us through some difficult health issues. Dr. Martin takes the time to listen and explain. We never feel rushed.
