Dr. Kristen Lee is a very professional, perfectionist, and extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She communicates effectively, has active listening skills, shows empathy, and prioritizes patient safety and well-being. Finding Dr. Lee as my primary care doctor was like finding the “crown jewel”—she is such a gem. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor. Once I had Dr. Kristen Lee, I no longer worried about my health because I knew I was in the right hands. I also want to say thank you to Boston Medical for having her.

If there was less then 1 star to give I would give less. Dr Lee does NOT return messages , does NOT return phone calls and could care less about you as a patient or a human being..Promised me she would get my medical records in which I signed for and never got them. Would not treat my documented medical problems furthermore and left me to fen for myself. She's a fairly new DR but I don't think that's where the problem lies. I have contacted Patient Advocacy on her and I have terminated her.
