Dr. Kristen Hess, DO

My 73 yo mother has had memory issues for a few years, and has been seeing Doctor Hess for most of them. She is on anxiety meds which has helped her dealing with the memory loss, but not the memory loss itself. She goes no where alone. I take her to all of her appointments. She does not remember at lunch what she had for breakfast. She recently received a jury summons. Since then, she has been crying and not sleeping. Any change of routine throws her off. Doctor Hess refuses to give her a jury deferral letter. I have no idea why it is imperative that a 73 yo woman should have to serve on jury duty, but we are switching Mom's doctor at this point. Not only has she upset my Mom, but my Dad as well, watching Mom cry every day and not sleep or eat. I now have to take off work to find Mom and new doctor and also watch her be upset because her doctor won't give her a jury deferral. She's a terrible doctor.

Dr. Hess is fabulous. Whole family sees her now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have seen Dr. Hess on two occasions and was very pleased with her care and professionalism.
