very attentive, thorough, and charming

I'm writing this review a couple years late because she deserves the recognition. Our newborn had a bit of a scary situation that required immediate attention from an ophthalmologist. Dr. Stewart was the right balance of knowledgeable expertise and advice with sensitive care. She went above and beyond checking on us in between procedures and never made me feel silly for having so many questions. Our child is a perfectly healthy little kid years later now because of the work in those early days from Dr. Stewart.

Dr. Stewart listened to me. She also explained the benefits to a future procedure as well as making clear the anticipated timeframe, interim effects, and desired results. Simply stated, I do not feel overwhelmed. I know what comes next.

The caring nursing staff was awesome throughout the whole procedure

Everyone from the check-in staff, to the technicians, to the provider were quite knowledgeable and friendly, and put me at ease

She was very professional in manner. She explained very clearly what would be done during the surgery. She also explained what the immediate and long-term appearance after surgery. In addition, she explained expected time frame for pre-authorization from insurance.

She explained everything so well and gave me all my options! Liked her a lot!
