Dr. Krista Michelle Clark, DO

I had high hopes for my experience with Dr. Clark, but unfortunately, I left feeling deeply dissatisfied. Despite advocating for someone in extreme pain, Dr. Clark seemed disinterested and didn't take the time to truly listen. It was evident that the patient's symptoms were not thoroughly researched, and they were brushed off hastily just to expedite the appointment. Every aspect of the person's suffering was disregarded, leaving us feeling unheard and dismissed. As a healthcare professional, one expects compassion and dedication, qualities that were sorely lacking in this encounter. I left the office with a heavy heart, realizing that our concerns fell on deaf ears. In the future, I hope Dr. Clark reevaluates her approach and remembers the importance of empathy and thorough care for every patient, regardless of the circumstances.

I called for an appointment they said I needed to fill out a application and they sent it to me in the mail. After reading it I felt like I was applying for a position with them. It said they would get back to me in 14-21 days and let me know. I called and told them to forget it. I fell the doctor should be filling out an application for me since I’m hiring her to be my physician.

I've been a patient of Dr. Clark for 3 years. Dr. Clark has a friendly manner and seems knowledgeable. However be advised that she is test happy. She orders unnecessary tests and lab work for me with no regard for and apparently no awareness of what those tests cost. The final straw was when she recently ordered a urine culture to satisfy her curiosity about an infection I had and then failed to prescribe the correct antibiotic as indicated by the culture. Cost me $500 to fix her mistake
