Worst Medical Experience Ever – Stay Far Away from Dr. Krishna Madiraju! Despite the many negative reviews, I decided to give Dr. Krishna Madiraju a chance since my insurance assigned him as my PCP. Big mistake. I took three of my children out of school, disrupting their day, and drove a long distance for an appointment I scheduled over a week ago. After all that, I was told I didn't have an appointment—even though I had the confirmation in hand. The clinic staff treated me as if I was the one who made the mistake, offering no apologies or attempts to fix the situation. My children were restless and upset, and I was left standing there, fuming at the sheer incompetence. The entire experience was beyond frustrating, and the lack of professionalism was staggering. This was the most disorganized and infuriating medical visit I've ever experienced. If you're assigned to Dr. Krishna Madiraju, do yourself a favor and demand a different doctor immediately. This is not a place you want to trust with your health or your time.

One of the worst doctor appointment we had in our lifetime. First of all the doctor came an hour late to the office and we had to wait until then with the kid. Second the doctor was in a hurry and didn’t not examine the my kid even for 2 minutes even thought this was our first appointment. I wouldn’t give even one rating and strongly suggest to avoid the place if you need your doctor to spend quality time and assess your kid.

My pediatrician had an accident two years back and he had to discontinue his practice so i had to find a new doctor for my 5 year old. I asked many friends and families and based on their recommendation I short listed a couple of doctors in Woodbridge VA. I take my children very seriously so I visited those doctors just to observe how their staff handle their patients. I was surprised to see Dr. Madiraju was receiving kids from the sitting area, greeting the parents, taking them inside for a che

Location: Herndon,VA office. I do not have any problem with the doctor. This review is about the front office ladies and I would like to give 0 stars for them. They should change the behavior about how they talk to the patients and their parents. They are very harsh and do not deserve to work at a Pediatric center. Never receives the kids with a smile and they behaves as if they are doing a favor to us. Really worst staff.

I was assigned this office through medicaid ins., and I didn't have the highest hopes of satisfaction due to medicaid... The nurses were not great when my son was getting vaccines, the office wasn't helpful when calling in regarding dosage of medicine, then I got a call to confirm an appt and when I showed up the staff was there in the dark (chitchatting), waited for over 20 mins before I was told they didn't know why I was there bc of the dr wasn't there that day. Never went back & never will.
