I'd say useless, but it was worse than that
Sadly, Dr Ng was entirely useless. He kept repeating the phrase "non-invasive" techniques, but never offered a single one. When I specifically asked about several non-invasive techniques I happen to be aware of, after each one he said, "well, you can try that and see if it works for you." Since he was at least slightly positive about acupuncture, I asked who he sends people to for that. He had no idea. He said he'd ask the front office people to identify someone for me to see. So, up to this point, I had no idea why he was even employed. He provided no service and no information whatsoever. I had him do a spinal cortisone injection. When I have had this done by other doctors, it was not difficult and it helped quite a lot. As administered by Ng, it was one of the most painful experiences of my life, it was only helpful for a short while, and months later I still have pain created when he injected me that I never had before he injected me.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Ng?
I was tranferred to Dr. Ng for a long term back issue when my previous Dr. retired. He is thorough and accomodating. I had an emergency, and did not even call I was in so Thoughtful, Good sense of humor, and Im really picky about Drs. I had to get a couple of shots with long needles into my hip, and he was really good about making it as painless as possible. He had big shoes to fill with Dr. Akizuki, but hes doing a great job. Cheers,
