Poor level of care. Went to see Dr. Gruson for a back ache. Only the PA saw me and made what was a plausible explanation for my pain. The PA prescribed a medication with the instructions that if the pain persisted I could message them and they would refer me to the spine center. When I checked MYCHART the doctor put a comment in it that he personally checked me and another comment that he had devised my treatment plan. Not so as I never met the doctor. Worse when the pain did not go away I messaged the doctor and it took the PA several days to reply. When he did he promised that he would send a referral to the spine center. Needless to say here it is weeks later and still no referral. Good thing I lost my confidence with them and went to another spine center at a different hospital. Serious issues with the lack of diligence this Doctor exibits.

Substantial performance as a person and a professional. Quick discussions but they are thorough and knowledgeable. 2017 repair of my right shoulder feels much better and as always its up to you to be consistent and patient with the rehab.
