I thought the staff was so mean and disrespectful, that is not good in a Doctor's office or anywhere for that matter

My son has seen her several times as his new doctor since after turning 18 and no longer being able to see a pediatrician. My son has asperger’s (autism). The first two times my husband went with him and I was a bit annoyed with my hubby thinking he just had not asked questions or got correct info. I was also irritated that she had absolutely no information about my son, he came from another covenant doctor and should have had access to all his information. Well, my son broke his toe, very obviously so, it was swollen and purple 24 hours later and looked twisted plus he could put no weight on it. I called and got him in. I’ve broken a toe and my doctor set it and put me in a small boot so it would heal correctly. She looked at it for two minutes and said yeah not much you can do just wrap it. We will X-ray and take painkillers. Ummm, I could google for instructions I guess? The X-ray tech seemed confused as to why the dr wasn’t wrapping it, said it seemed like a bad break. New doc now.

Dr. Parmar and her staff is very great with service! I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a family doctor. My family loves her!

Dr. Parmar is one of the best physicians I have seen. She knows her medicine and truly cares for the patient. I have highly recommended her to friends and family. We are fortunate to have her in Lubbock.

Dr Parmar was my favorite PCP when I lived in Lubbock. She managed my diabetic care and cared about me as a person, not just a patient. She always wants to help people be their best!

Dr. Parmar is one of the finest physicians I have ever seen in my 63 years of living! She is a tremendous asset to this community! Dr. Parmar is intelligent, knows her medicines, compassionate, honest,and is desirous that her patients be given the best individualized treatment! If you need to be referred to a specialist the appointment is quickly set! Her staff is professional,caring,and goes the extra mile to assure each patient has a positive experience, as does Dr. Parmar! If you are looking for a physician who will truly listen and act in your best interest....then look no further! She and her staff are truly exceptional and will bless your life!

We had an appt at 230. Three hours later we were done and still had to get labs done.

Dr. Kompal Parmer is AMAZING! When moving to Lubbock I had to be on a search for a PCP. I looked thoroughly through reviews and she by far had the best ones. I have been seeing her for about a year and she is so personable, understanding, caring and concerned for all of my medical needs. She is very much recommended! Her staff is also very kind and attentive.

Not pleased with Dr and staff. Twice had to call a week or more after blood work to find out results only to be told they can’t find it. They want you to come in before issuing refills way too often. Going to find a Dr. that is more concerned with your aches and pains than how many co-pay’s and insurance claims they can get.

Dr. Parmar is a great doctor. Her bedside manner is astounding. I would recommend her time and time again.

Dr. Parmar is the absolute best! She is genuinely concerned about my entire family's health and wellbeing. She is very thorough and always goes above and beyond our expectations. Dr. Parmar listens to you, takes the time to get to know you and actually remembers details about her patients. We never have to endure extensive wait times.
